We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received them

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

• Sale/clearance items (optional: unless defective or damaged)

🔄 Exchanges

We replace items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

📬 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
